Ways to work w Nari:

There are 4 very different ways to engage with services with Nari.  Please see a description of each below. I am happy to treat with any of these ways, but it’s important that you understand the differences in care, that the options are not mixed, and each has different pricing.  Please scroll down to read about the following options:

1. Trauma-reducing holistic care at Portland Pelvic Therapy.  With treatments here, we do not work specifically in the insurance model.  What that means:

   • Sessions are 70 minutes long, first visits are 90 minutes with one hour of treatment.  Around one hour of the sessions tend to be hands on.

   • We take our time to get to the root of the issue, not just the symptoms.  We treat you as a whole being with interconnected parts, not one part in isolation.

   • We have the space and time for your body to release the story, the root, the adaptations to your history.  The space does not feel clinical or cold.  People can feel “it” the minute they walk in.

   • We will give you home program as possible, but first we will work to heal the deeper stories, then we will give you things to continue at home.

   • Treatment will combine research, science, and Nari’s intuitive capacity to read the body and release the root of the story with holistic methods.  It’s a combo of incredibly specific anatomy, high level manual therapy (organ, nerve, and fascial manipulation), and energetic/spiritual/emotional trauma reducing technique all at once.

   • I can provide a superbill for submitting to your insurance, but how much they will or won’t cover varies.  In this setting I do not interface with insurance at all.  It would be up to you to pursue the out of network coverage by submitting the superbill.  I focus all my efforts here on very deep healing.

   • A package of 6 visits (including the eval) can be purchased for $900, or you can pay a la carte: $300 evaluations and $190 follow ups.

   • I work at the Portland Pelvic Therapy clinic all day Monday and Friday 7:30-6pm, some weekend afternoons, and I can usually get you in within a week or two.

   • I can not see Medicare patients at this location, but I can see you at the hospital.

2. Insurance based care at a local hospital w Nari

   • You will have around 35-40 minute sessions, around 25% of sessions are used for the paperwork and documenting for insurance. The first session will not include hands on work, mostly evaluation and insurance paperwork

   • Around 15-20 minutes or less of the sessions may be used for hands on work

   • We will treat just one area of the body, at the site of symptoms, and in line with which diagnosis your insurance has agreed to pay and just at the location of your referral, in line with insurance policy.

   • There will not be deep somatic trauma reduction, more education and tools for you to work at home.  This is not intuitive based care.  It is linear and more text book

   • It is a typical medical location: fluorescent lights, hospital department, etc.

   • The hospital will bill your insurance and you do not pay upfront.  (Please make sure you have insurance coverage, or one session may cost close to the price of a 6 visit package at Portland Pelvic Therapy.

   • I work at the hospital Tues, Weds, Thurs, and it will take around 2-3 months to get in at the hospital

   • I can and do see Medicare at this hospital location

3. ​Professional Mentoring:  If you have taken a continuing education class from Nari and want to do mentoring, coaching, or someone to talk to about how to develop your own cash practice and the mechanics of that, I am happy to offer my time at my normal hourly rate of $190 for a 70 minute session.  These are scheduled on the Portland Pelvic Therapy Schedule

4. Akashic and Soul Path Readings and Energy work:  Nari is an intuitive and can channel.  These readings are only done online or at Portland pelvic therapy.  They are not physical therapy services, and thus I can not provide a superbill for services and they can not be used as part of your package. Some patients state that  getting to the deep root of the issue can help the manual therapy progress faster.  Scheduled on the Portland Pelvic Therapy Schedule.  This requires prior approval from Nari
