What Are Akashic Records?
Your Akashic Record is the record of your soul: your past experiences, your thought patterns, your karmic connections, your conscious and unconscious contracts, and (I find) often the roots of what will not let go physically or emotionally in this life.
How I Came to This Work
Years ago, I was depleted. I had done So. Much. Work.
I'd had a daily meditation practice for 25+ years, done the yoga, worked out, ate a low-inflammation diet, so much therapy, bodywork, all the things…
And yet, I felt so tight and heavy in my body and being.
I knew I'd had trauma—which woman has not? But I felt like I had done more than a vigorous amount of work, and yet my body and spirit felt so heavy, my soul so tight.
I thought, "Even if I've had a truck load of trauma, I've done the work of a semi-truck engine… I should feel great."
The Breakthrough
I heard of an Akashic record healer, and something "hit." I reached out to her and did many sessions over the next year.
We cleared so much that I came in with from before this body, as well as contracts and agreements I had unknowingly agreed to: from things in this life, before, karma, lineage, ancestry.
After each session, I would have some integration, perhaps a bit of heaviness or detox for a few days. But then I would be lighter, clearer, less burdened.
Some of us are just too wild, too old souls, too much lineage.
