Gender-Affirming Pelvic Floor Therapy in Portland
Inclusive, Trauma-Informed Care for Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Patients
You are deeply welcome here.
I provide knowledgeable, respectful, trauma-informed pelvic floor therapy that honors your full humanity. Whether you're pre-transition, post-transition, or anywhere on your journey.
As a grateful mom to a beautiful queer human, I understand that too often, being born in a world that tries to force people into binaries leaves deep trauma—trauma that lives in the body, the nervous system, the pelvis.
I would be honored to help you recover all the beautiful parts of your soul and release any somatically held shame, trauma, or pain.

Consent-Based Practice: Every touch is explained and consented to. You are always in control of your treatment.
No Assumptions: I won't assume anything about your body, your pronouns, your experience. You tell me what you need.
Trauma-Informed: I understand that medical trauma, gender dysphoria, and societal violence against trans bodies create layers of held trauma. We move at your pace.
Holistic: This isn't just about pelvic floor muscles. It's about reclaiming your body as your sacred home.
-
Initial evaluation (90 minutes): We'll talk about your goals, your history, what brought you in. Physical assessment only happens with your full consent and comfort.
Follow-up sessions (75 minutes): Hands-on manual therapy, education, exercises tailored to your needs and goals.

This is a female-centric practice (there are goddesses on the walls). If you would feel more comfortable in a practice that specifically centers queer and trans experience, I'm happy to refer you to other excellent providers in Portland.
But if you're comfortable here and seeking the specific expertise I offer—visceral manipulation, neural decompression, deep trauma work—you're welcome.
