Men's Pelvic Floor Therapy in Portland

Treatment for Chronic Pelvic Pain, Prostate Issues, and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in Men

I do treat men for pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain.

However, this is a female-centric practice (there are goddesses on the walls), so please email first to make sure we're a good fit.

If you're experiencing chronic pelvic pain syndrome, pudendal neuralgia, post-prostatectomy issues, or other pelvic floor dysfunction—and you're comfortable in a feminine-focused environment—I can help.

    • Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS): Ongoing pelvic pain without a clear infection or structural cause

    • Pudendal Neuralgia: Nerve pain in the pelvis, genitals, or rectum

    • Post-Prostatectomy Dysfunction: Pelvic floor issues after prostate surgery (please see a conventional pelvic PT first)

    • Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction: Tight, painful, or weak pelvic floor muscles

    • Painful Ejaculation: Often related to pelvic floor tension

    • Tailbone Pain (Coccydynia)

    • Bowel Dysfunction: Constipation, pain with bowel movements

    • Urinary Issues: Frequency, urgency, pain with urination (not erectile dysfunction without pain)

  • Assessment and manual therapy to address:

    • Pelvic floor muscle tension and trigger points

    • Nerve entrapment or compression

    • Fascial restrictions

    • Scar tissue from surgeries

    • Nervous system sensitization

Sessions are 75-90 minutes and focus on finding the root cause of your pain.

  • Before booking, please email admin@portlandpelvictherapy.com about:

    • What you're experiencing

    • Whether you were referred by another client

    • Any relevant medical history

    • This helps us both ensure I'm the right fit for your needs.
